Pregnancy Massage is safe in any Trimester for most women. Our staff are trained to ensure comfort, safety and to target known painful areas that are common in pregnancy.
Generally, women that are pregnant initially feel fatigued as their body grows another wee person! If they are working or have other children, it can be hard to get enough rest. Massage fast tracks some decent rest and we’ve had much feedback on improved sleep after receiving our massage treatments!
We have massage therapists who are very experienced in pregnancy massage, and know just which areas to target to relieve aches and pains.
