Hi, I’m Rebecca Dodson.

I have 18 years of full-time Massage experience – almost 20 000 thousand hours of massage! I have also been doing dry needling and cupping since 2015. I trained for this in Australia with a CPD Health Course that focused specifically on dry needling with the tutor being an Osteopath.

I am passionate about health treatments for all sorts of issues and like to focus on getting to the root cause. Over the past 20 years, I have used acupuncture on myself regularly for a broad range of issues.

I am halfway through my Acupuncture Degree, at the New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine in Greenlane. I am currently working in a supervised clinic. So if you’re in the area and would like a treatment please come and see me:

Consultation

There is a special Acupuncture consultation, and consent forms, attached to the booking email. It would assist me greatly (and save us both a lot of time) if you could fill those in so I can carry out the best research prior to your treatment.

All paper work is shredded after we use it, (and after I enter the details of your treatment into our secure and private data system at the college) which only myself and the supervisor, and receptionist can access.

Please note that you will also be asked for feedback following each treatment.

Acupuncture is generally a series of treatments from 4-8 weeks, to get the best results and give your body time to adjust and assimilate the changes to your tissues and nervous system. A commitment to show up, and greatly appreciated on my journey to my new additional career! Rebecca Dodson

COVID Protection Framework.

In the supervised student clinic we are classified as close contact business, therefore we need to be fully vaccinated, and you do too.

You will need to wear a Mask, Scan and provide your Vaccine Pass to use our services.

We will have special arrangements in the waiting room to ensure everyone is a metre apart in the Red Traffic Light settings, and also ensure staggered start times.

We will be wearing gowns, eye wear, gloves, and masks to ensure we all remain safe.
